About the class

Discover the joy of movement in Habitat Dance Studio’s Adult Ballet classes—crafted for all levels, from complete beginners to returning dancers. Our warm, welcoming environment encourages you to explore ballet at your own pace, build strength and flexibility, and enjoy the artistry of dance without pressure.

Classes focus on foundational technique, musicality, alignment, and gentle conditioning, with modifications offered so everyone feels supported and successful.

What to Wear:
Comfortable exercise clothes that allow you to move freely (leggings, fitted tees or tanks). Ballet flats are recommended, but socks are perfectly fine if you’re just getting started.
